What We're Eating for Dinner: March 7 - 13

It's Menu Plan Monday at I'm an Organizing Junkie again. Be sure to stop by and check out all the other delicious menu plans at I'm an Organizing Junkie.

I have to say that last week is a first. It's the first time that I didn't make a single thing that was on my menu!  Things were crazy this week and most meals were eaten late and needed to be quick so that the girls could get to bed. Hopefully this week will go more smoothly.

Here's (theoretically) what we will be eating this week:

Sunday - Mom's out of town! Dad's cooking!

Monday -Basketball game! Ooops! No time to go to the store! Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms instead.

Spaghetti with Four Cheeses, breadsticks, salad,

Tuesday -Stromboli, Salad

Wednesday - Tilapia Parmesan, Spinach Parmesan, Honey Glazed Carrots, rolls, Creamed Spinach with Bacon

Thursday - Spicy Sweet Potato and Sausage Soup, Salad, Bread

Friday -  Pan Seared Polenta with Chicken and Tomato Sauce, salad, bread

Saturday - Skirt Steak with Paprika Butter, Baked Potatoes, Hot Granny Sauce, Creamed Spinach

I'm always so impressed with people who can plan out an entire week's menu. I've never been able to do that. :(

I will try the stromboli recipe you linked to, though. I've made little individual ones with Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls & a large pkg Pepperoni plus sliced Mozzarella or Provolone cheese. We like plain old Ragu for a dipping sauce for them.
I should make some & do a post about them. Thanks for the idea!

Did you make the mushroom soup??

I love those frozen dinner rolls. They are so handy. :-)I decided to make the soup this wee instead. My mom and my aunt are coming over to help me paint my hallway. I thought the mushroom and brie soup would be perfect to serve all my helpers :-)

It's Saturday and I'm enjoying some MPM blog visiting while watching "Barney Miller" on Hulu.com.
It's time to expand my recipe sources with some new ideas.
