I needed a quick, kid-friendly dinner idea the other day so I grabbed one of the cookbooks that I'd checked out from the library. "Faster! I'm Starving! 100 Dishes in 25 Minutes or Less" by Kevin Mills and Nancy Mills. Their recipe for Pasta with Hot Sausage Sauce was a hit. It was tasty. Quick to make and offered plenty of flavor. The book was filled with lots of quick and easy recipes.
Sadly I forgot to write the recipe down before I returned the book. Hopefully I will be about to check it out again soon.
